Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be promptly informed.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We provide multiple shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery. Customers can choose the preferred method during checkout based on their location and urgency.
Estimated Delivery Timeline:
- Chennai: 1–2 business days
- Rest of Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
- Other States in India: 4–7 business days
Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to logistics issues, weather, or other unforeseen delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain value, as mentioned during ongoing promotions. Additional charges may apply for remote or out-of-service areas.
Delivery Delays
Although we make every effort to deliver orders on time, factors such as natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or incorrect address details may lead to delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.
If your package appears lost or undelivered, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, courier partners usually make one or two more attempts. If the parcel is returned to us, we will reach out to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. Plans are in place to expand our delivery services internationally in the near future. Stay updated through our website or social media channels.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged product, please take clear photos of the package and product and contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Based on the situation and availability, we will provide a replacement or refund. For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
